  1. Slotting unit:

 

  • The device self-locking function, the preload and quick adjustment mechanism ensures the long-term accuracy between the disc and the shaft, and reduces the cracking of the paper when pressing.
  • The newly designed preload press wheel is used to protect the paperboard from failure.
  • There are buttons, left and right synchronous intersections, electric axial movement, so that the upper and lower pressure line wheels, the upper and lower grooved knives are adjusted synchronously, and the electric adjusting box is highly functional.
  • A planetary gear type phase adjustment mechanism with digital display function is used for electric adjustment of the slotting phase and the height of the slotting box.
  • The slotting tool with high quality alloy steel is adopted, and the width of the tooth shape blade is 7mm.
  • The lubrication and abrasion resistant guide block is configured to ensure the displacement of the pressing wheel and slotting cutter wheel is correct and the durability is increased.
  • The operation part of the slotting panel is equipped with paper feed, turn off and main engine electric buttons, which has multi-point adjustment operation function.

Operation control:

  • The electric control switch is used to adjust the axial, vertical and box height dimensions of each tool holder.
  • Through the paper gap, we use hand mode quick clearance fine adjustment self-locking device.

Slot phase/high adjustment of box:

  1. Vibration Stacker unit

 

  • The height of stack is 1600mm.
  • The rise and fall of working platform by powerful chain drive. Lift motor with brake function, to maintain a fixed position, and not to slide.

  1. Material selection
  • The wallboard is made of solid casting with thickness of 60mm, which is processed by quenching and tempering, making the machine run smoothly and the wallboard does not deform.
  • The connecting bar is welded by 160mm I-beam to make the machine run steadily and without trembling.
  • Cast iron track is selected for walking track, and the walking is stable.
  • All the double box clearance adjustment of warrant adjustment.
  • The transmission part adopts cross slide and no gap transmission. The thickness of the gear is 60mm thick, which is made by quenching and tempering and high-precision grinding. The material is 40Cr material.
  • The sprocket and gear are made of 45# and 40Cr alloy steel, which is processed by high-frequency quenching and tempering and grinding.
  • Smooth operation, low noise, hardness HRC55-65, long life, small wear and tear, can guarantee the accuracy for a long time.
  • The cardboard drive adopts the suction belt transmission mode.
  • The belt drive shaft is made of 45# steel after quenching and tempering, fine turning, fine grinding and electroplating.
  • The main wall panel is made of steel plate with a thickness of 30mm, which is processed by quenching and tempering to make the machine run smoothly and the wall panel is not deformed.
  • The connecting bar is welded with 220mm GB channel steel to make the machine run stably and not vibrate.
  • The left and right walking track is made of 30MM thick steel plate track, which is processed by quenching and tempering, and the walking is stable without deformation
  • The cantilevered beam is made of 35mm thick steel plate, which is processed by quenching and tempering.
  • The lower cantilever beam of the origami is made of 35mm thick steel plate, which is processed by quenching and tempering.
  • The cardboard conveyance is transmitted by the upper suction belt, and the lower roller is passively conveyed. The design structure adopts Japanese Mitsubishi technology.
  • Left and right origami beam travel axis, use 168mm diameter guide shaft to slide, the support force is large, the machine runs stably and does not deform.
